About Event

Join us for First Encounter, our breakfast conversation series bringing together creators for candid discussions on creativity, storytelling, and building meaningful careers.

This edition features photographer and creative director Garrett King alongside creator and entrepreneur Anthony Po.

Garrett King, also known as Shortstache, is a Texas born photographer, creative entrepreneur, and Co-Founder & CEO of Stachehaus, a Brooklyn-based creative and production company that partners with brands to create thoughtful, visually distinctive work across commercial campaigns and social content.

Known for his signature use of light, composition, and color, Garrett has spent the last decade building a global creative community through his photography, workshops, digital products, and collaborations with leading brands. Under the Shortstache name, he's launched preset collections, photography workshops, camera accessories, and a series of signature lens filters in partnership with PolarPro—all with the goal of helping creators elevate their craft.

Anthony Po (@anthpo) is an NYC-based creator with over 25 million followers across all his projects. He's best known for growing brands anonymously from zero and organizing community-driven events that blur the line between performance art and internet culture.

Anthony is the Co-Founder of Pufferfish, a content studio designed to help brands navigate the attention economy through headline-worthy stunts and culture-defining moments. Before co-founding Pufferfish, ran the creative for short-form content at MrBeast.

Anthony has produced viral undercover stunts including Cheeseball Man, the Timothée Chalamet Lookalike Contest, and John Chungus, pushing the boundaries of online storytelling and turning digital audiences into real-world communities. He is also part of the beloved internet sitcom "Bunch of Friends," which has gained a loyal following of 2M across platforms in under a year.

Together, they'll discuss their creative journeys, how they approach storytelling in the digital age, and what it takes to build work that resonates with audiences around the world.

Breakfast and coffee will be served.
