​Strategy fails less often in the thinking and more often in the translation. A plan set at the top has to reach the weekly rhythm of the business, and someone has to own that connection. This is where the chief of staff sits naturally as the bridge between strategy and operations.

​This session sets out what an operating system contains and how to build one without installing everything at once. We will work through the core elements of the first phase, including leadership cadence, a small set of KPIs that genuinely matter, planning cycles, decision rights and issue tracking. We will also cover sequence, so you know what to put in place early and what can wait.
