​Vladimir is a commercial and corporate lawyer with a particular focus on artificial intelligence. He advises clients on AI contracting, governance frameworks and policy drafting, and is active in the regulatory conversation, including through submissions to government consultations. He also writes regularly on AI's legal and governance implications.

​This sits on a deep foundation in contract drafting, review and negotiation and advice complex legal issues. Drawing on his background as in-house counsel at one of Australia's largest companies, Vladimir works extensively with in-house teams and the C-suite of global and ASX-listed companies across the technology, payments, energy and financial services sectors.
