You have been talking to a model all day. This hour is for the other brain, the one you were born with. No laptop, no phone, no demo. Monday: TRE, tension release, with Filip K. An hour of tension releasing exercises, the kind that shake the week out of your shoulders. No experience needed, nothing to bring, come in whatever you are wearing.
