Liz Wiseman is a researcher and executive advisor who teaches leadership to top organizations worldwide. She is the author of The New York Times bestseller Multipliers, which has sold more than one million copies, as well as Rookie Smarts and Impact Players, both Wall Street Journal bestsellers.
Liz is the CEO of The Wiseman Group, a leadership research and talent development firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, California. Her recent clients include Alaska Airlines, Amazon, Apple, Disney, Emirates, Google, Lilly, Meta, Microsoft, Netflix, Nike, Salesforce, Tesla and The Coca-Cola Company. Liz is a former executive at Oracle, where she worked as the Vice President of Oracle University and the global leader for Human Resource Development.
