She made history as the first woman to row solo across the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans, earning four Guinness World Records and an MBE for services to fundraising and the environment. Before embarking on her ocean adventures, Roz worked as a management consultant in London, later leaving corporate life in search of greater purpose and meaning.
