AI After Hours returns for the second session of this four-part Thursday series by CLRT × TheBlock., designed to help professionals move beyond using AI as a chatbot and start building practical AI workflows that create real business value.
Session 2 is where the hands-on journey begins.
This session focuses on transforming everyday work into structured AI-powered processes. You'll learn how to break down business tasks, design effective workflows, and build AI systems that can consistently produce high-quality results. Through live demonstrations and real business examples, you'll see how non-technical professionals can use Claude to solve practical challenges across marketing, operations, sales, HR, consulting, and entrepreneurship.

Over the following two Thursdays, the series continues into advanced automation and AI agents before concluding with a live hackathon, where participants can apply everything they've learned to solve a real-world business challenge and present their solutions on stage.
