Jay Spindel: SOJA Ventures (Special Advisor) & INTE Securities (Managing Director): Sourcing and diligencing deals alongside SOJA's investment team and advising portfolio companies with $2M+ checks from Seed to Series B, while leading private placement and M&A advisory at INTE, an SEC-registered, FINRA member broker-dealer connecting issuers with accredited and institutional capital.
