About Event

In the first episode of The Journey Podcast, we have Lee Li Xuan.

Li Xuan is an emotional wellness and meditation coach. She enables women to be more in tune with their inner self, and help them to take actions to be more aligned, relaxed and happy. In the last 5 years, Li Xuan has helped over a thousand individuals in Southeast Asia, through coaching, meditation and sound/energy healing.

Previously, Li Xuan was an engineer working in a pharmaceutical MNC. She was also awarded Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal (not once, but twice for graduating as one of the top students in her double degree in NTU).

Personally, she enjoys connecting with nature, having deep and sincere conversations with her loved ones, and being in quiet reflective moments.

In this interview, we're going to talk to Li Xuan about:

  • Her origin story — how did she go from chemical engineering to being a emotional wellness and meditation coach

  • What is emotional wellness and meditation?

  • Common problems faced in this society by stressful individuals and women

  • What is sound and energy healing? Why and how did she learn this healing method?

  • Her daily habits to maintain an emotional healthy lifestyle

  • And more!

Join us live on this interactive episode + Q&A at the end :)
