The LOOP: Run against the clock
2K IN 15. STAY IN THE LOOP.
How many starts can you make?
THE LOOP is a new backyard-inspired running challenge at Chatuchak Park.
The format has one rule: complete the 2 km loop within 15 minutes.
Everyone starts together. Make it back before the clock runs out and whatever time remains is yours to rest, drink, and reset. When the next 15-minute timer begins, we go again.
Miss the next start and your challenge is over. The clock keeps resetting until we reach the last runner standing.
This is not about winning the first loop. It is about staying consistent, managing your rest, and earning your next start—again and again.
How It Works
Start the 2 km loop with everyone else.
Return before the 15-minute clock reaches zero.
Use any remaining time to rest.
Be ready when the next round starts.
Repeat for as long as you can stay in the loop.
Bring
Water bottle
Towel and dry shirt
Running shoes you trust
Light-colored or reflective clothing
A small running light if advised in the final route update
Parking
Free parking is available at S-OASIS Building for TOM runners.
From the parking, it’s about a 10-minute walk to our meeting spot. The park is on the other side of the road, so give yourself a few extra minutes.

About Theory of Momentum
We're a collective in Bangkok for people who like to move, hang out, and get a bit better each week.
We run together, not against each other. The conversations that matter usually happen after the run, over brunch, on the walk home.
Show up. Move. Talk. Come back next week.
Free. All paces. Everyone welcome.
