The Potential Project - An Experience for Men Ready to Unlock What's Next (Launch Event)
What Is The Potential Project?
The Potential Project is Charlotte's men's wellness initiative designed for growth-minded men ready to unlock more of who they're capable of becoming.
This isn't therapy, networking, or your typical men's retreat. It's men doing familiar things—moving, talking, learning—with intention that creates something deeper. It's about using what we already know how to do in new ways to unlock more of ourselves while building lasting connections with other men who get it.
Where potential meets practice.
And this Saturday is where it begins.
What to Expect at the Launch Event
This 2-hour experience gives you a preview of what The Potential Project is all about—combining intentional movement with practical insights from experts who understand what men need to thrive.
Movement as Foundation
Experience how physical challenge unlocks mental clarity. Curtis Walls leads a workout designed to create space for breakthrough thinking—not just physical training, but integrated mind-body work.
Practical Insights
Throughout the session, you'll hear from practitioners who've done the work themselves:
Ted Phaeton on authentic masculinity in the modern age
Pat Smith on high-performance mindset strategies
Mike Metcalf on leading across difference
Michael Stallsmith on building mental capacity through movement
These aren't long lectures—they're bite-sized insights woven into the experience, delivered when your body and mind are most receptive.
Real Connection
The final 30 minutes create space for genuine conversation. Meet the men around you. Exchange ideas. Build relationships that extend beyond this room.

Why This Matters
This is the beginning of something bigger.
The Potential Project will become a platform for men in Charlotte to support each other's growth through regular sessions, larger events, and authentic community. This launch event is your first chance to experience what we're building—and to be part of shaping what comes next.
More sessions will follow. A full-day event will come in 2026. But it all starts here, with men willing to show up and do the work together.
This is for men ready to explore what they're truly capable of. Through movement, practical insights, and real conversations with other growth-minded men, you'll discover more about yourself and what The Potential Project is about.
This is where The Potential Project begins. We'll see you Saturday.
