Before You Arrive:
Please fast for 10–12 hours before your appointment:
Based on your scheduled time slot, please stop eating 10–12 hours before your blood draw. During the fasting period, plain water is fine, but please avoid coffee, tea, and sugary drinks.Please also avoid fasting for more than 14 hours, as over-fasting may affect your results too.
Please avoid vigorous exercise for 24 hours before your appointment: Intense exercise may affect certain markers, such as liver enzymes and creatine kinase.
If you arrive in a rush, for example after walking quickly or running, please sit and rest for 10 minutes before your blood draw.
Please try to avoid alcohol and heavy or greasy meals for 24–72 hours before your appointment: To help your lipid markers better reflect your usual baseline, we recommend eating lighter meals for 2–3 days before your test.If you weren’t able to follow this perfectly, no worries — just let our team know on-site so we can take it into account when reviewing your results.
We recommend pausing biotin and B-complex supplements 48–72 hours before your appointment: Vitamin B7 may interfere with the accuracy of some lab results.If possible, please pause biotin and B-complex supplements for 48–72 hours before your test. We also recommend pausing other vitamin or mineral supplements for 24–48 hours beforehand to help capture your true baseline. Please still let us know what supplements you usually take.
Please sleep normally and stay hydrated the night before: Try to keep your usual sleep and hydration routine. Mild dehydration may affect some results, so there’s no need to intentionally limit your water intake.
For participants who are menstruating or close to their period, please note your cycle day: If you are currently on your period or close to it, please let our team know at the time of your blood draw. This helps us interpret hormone-related markers more accurately.

抵达之前须知
请提前空腹 10–12 小时:请根据你的预约时段,在采血前 10–12 小时停止进食。空腹期间可以正常喝白水,但请避免咖啡、茶和含糖饮料。
也请不要空腹超过 14 小时,因为空腹时间过长也可能影响检测结果。
前 24 小时请避免剧烈运动:剧烈运动可能会影响部分指标,例如肝酶、肌酸激酶等。如果你当天是匆忙赶来,比如快走或跑步到达现场,请先坐下休息 10 分钟,再进行采血。
前 24–72 小时请尽量避免饮酒和油腻饮食:为了让血脂等指标更接近你的真实状态,建议在检测前 2–3 天尽量保持清淡饮食。偶尔没有完全做到也不用太担心,现场可以告知工作人员,方便后续解读结果。
前 48–72 小时建议暂停生物素和 B 族补剂:维生素 B7可能会影响部分检测结果的准确性。如果方便,建议在检测前 48–72 小时暂停生物素和 B 族补剂;其他维生素或矿物质补剂,也建议提前 24–48 小时暂停,以便更好地了解你的身体基础状态。如果你平时有固定服用补剂,也请如实告诉我们。
前一晚请正常休息并保持饮水:请尽量保持和平时一样的睡眠和饮水状态。轻度脱水也可能影响部分检测结果,所以不需要刻意少喝水。
经期或临近经期的女性,请记录周期天数:如果你正在经期,或接近经期,请在采血时告诉工作人员。这会帮助我们更准确地解读激素相关指标。
