The Wisdom of Death: Awakening Through the Wheel of Life

​What if contemplating death could open the door to a more fearless, meaningful life? In this session, Hector Marcel introduces Death Meditation, a central Buddhist practice that trains us to meet impermanence with clarity rather than fear. Using the ancient Wheel of Life painting, the first image of Buddha ever created, he reveals how this profound map explains why we suffer, why we repeat patterns, and how awareness can break the cycle. Participants will explore death not as an ending, but as the gateway to renewal: the moment where old identities dissolve and the possibility of a new life begins. Destroy Your Chakras

​Across the wellness world, we are taught to “balance our chakras” as if spiritual life were a process of maintenance or beautification. But in Tibetan Buddhist Yoga, the aim is not to polish the human condition — it is to transcend it. As long as we have chakras, we remain bound to the structures that generate fear, limitation, and death.

​This 75-minute session begins with an accessible but radical teaching: chakras are choke points in the central channel, and true liberation comes not from managing them but from dissolving the patterns that keep them intact. Through a dynamic yoga sequence, breathwork, visualization and deep wisdom, Rachel guides participants into a direct exploration of what it means to break inner forms with awareness and love.

​This is not destruction for destruction’s sake. The Courage to Begin Again: A Future Refuge Meditation

​Future Refuge is an ancient Tibetan Buddhist visualization practice that invites us to question the most fundamental assumption we hold: who we think we are. In this 60 minute session, Ora Özer guides participants into a profound inner journey where identity becomes fluid, imaginative, and free.

​Rather than improving the self we already know, Future Refuge takes us to the edge of what we believe is possible, revealing a version of ourselves that dissolves every limiting idea we carry. Something that cannot be described, rationalized, or written suddenly becomes accessible in meditation through the subconscious mind, where real transformation begins.

​This practice is an act of spiritual courage. The willingness to begin again, not once but continuously. A gentle rebellion against the past and an invitation to let the universe breathe a new life through us.
