Leadership Series: 2026 Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends with Stefano Besana

​The session will explore the new 2026 Human Capital Trends research—a fifteen-year study—that analyzes the evolution of work methods in the future of work. This year's focus will be on human-machine collaboration, between intentional design and effective collaboration methods that maintain human value.

​Stefano works on Organizational Design, Culture, AI adoption, Leadership Assessment & Development, Digital Transformation, and Change Management projects for large organizations. He has also published articles and papers for several business magazines (including Harvard Business Review) and five books devoted to gamification, digital transformation, collaboration, and the future of work.

​Stefano has a master’s degree in long-life education, and a bachelor’s in learning processes. Stefano has a second bachelor in psychology and neuroscience. He also holds a Ph.D. in Psychology on transformative experiences to study the impact of networked flow on innovation.
