Enjoy complimentary morning yoga with Sara Smith of Strong Balanced Solutions, who will lead us for an hour-long yoga session on Saturday and Sunday from 7:30-8:30 am before breakfast. All levels welcome! Mats and blocks will be available.
This form is for Saturday, June 13 only. To sign up for Sunday, June 14 as well, please use the separate Sunday signup form.
Space is limited to 12 students per day. By signing up here, you're reserving a spot in advance — please only do so if you're fairly certain you'd like to attend. Signup sheets will also be available at the Front Desk upon check-in for any remaining spots.
