Esmeralda Project Open House

Hello from Devon! My team and I are excited to welcome you to another event regarding the Esmeralda development project that we are proposing for the Alexander Valley Resort (AVR) site on the southeast end of Cloverdale.

You can find future workshops & open houses about Esmeralda on our website: esmeralda.org/public-process

The format of the Open House will be informal. There will be a presentation towards the beginning of the event, and we will also set up stations around the main room addressing various topics of interest, from open space, to transportation, to the design vision for the future resort-hotel. You’ll be able to speak directly to team members about each topic.

We hope to see you soon!
