Guided Journalling Workshop
In celebration of National Wellness Month, join us for an intimate guided journaling experience designed to help you pause, create space, and reconnect with yourself. 💗
Led by Charlotte Ferris, founder of Midlands-based wellbeing and lifestyle brand Cerita, this holistic workshop is an invitation to step away from the day-to-day of running a business and embrace an uninterrupted moment of calm.
Through the art of scent, storytelling and reflective writing, you'll be guided through a series of thoughtful prompts to encourage self-awareness and self-connection. As aromatherapy fills the space, you'll be encouraged to slow your breath and mind, listen inwardly, and explore what is present beneath the surface.
Why journaling?
A gentle yet powerful mindfulness practice, guided journaling can support emotional regulation, reduce feelings of overwhelm, strengthen self-reflection and help create a deeper sense of balance and wellbeing.
Why aromatherapy?
Scent is one of our most powerful senses, with a direct connection to the part of the brain responsible for emotion, memory and our stress response.
When we experience a particular fragrance, it activates the limbic system - the area of the brain linked to feelings, memories and emotional processing, which is why certain scents can instantly evoke a sense of calm, comfort or nostalgia.
During the workshop, carefully blended essential oils will be used to create a grounding sensory experience, helping you settle into the present moment and deepen your connection to the practice.
No previous experience is required — simply come as you are with an open mind and a willingness to slow down and take time for yourself.
This workshop will be delivered at the gorgeous Timber House, the house is easily accessible, just a short drive from the M5.
All materials and drinks included.
