Begin Earth Day with Presence: Breathwork & Meditation in Nature
10:00-11:00 AM (Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in)
Join us in celebrating Earth Day with a gentle, grounding outdoor breathwork and meditation practice held in nature.
This class is beginner-friendly, trauma-informed, and pressure-free. You are welcome exactly as you are. This offering is designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body and the natural world. Together, we'll explore how breath, presence, and nature can restore a sense of peace, clarity, and aliveness.
Hosted by KT Cryer
Transpersonal Ecopsychologist (MA) & Certified Meditation Teacher
We'll explore: guided breathwork to calm and regulate the nervous system; a short, accessible meditation practice; nature-based awareness exercises to cultivate grounding and presence.
What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, or towel; water; comfortable clothing; meditation cushion or yoga block (optional); a friend (also optional!).
Sponsored by the Eco-Performance Lab, this event is free and open to the public.
