2nd Careers in Impact: A Structured Pathway

​2nd CAREERS in IMPACT - Not a course, a career pathway.

​This is NOT a weekend course, it is a pathway to leadership roles in the social sector. It is designed to give you sector knowledge, hands-on experience, and placement support to make the transition with confidence.

​What can you expect?

• ​Phase-1

  • ​Expert-led sector immersion (6–8 hours total)

  • ​2-day in-person bootcamp in Bangalore (all expenses covered, excl travel)

  • ​2 months duration

• ​Phase-2

  • ​Volunteering projects & experiential learning

  • ​6 months of career transition & placement assistance

​Akshay Soni

​Former Managing Partner - The/Nudge Center for Social Innovation

​17 years as a research analyst at Morgan Stanley. Then a LinkedIn ad led him to The/Nudge Institute, where he spent 7 years building India's first nonprofit accelerator from scratch, working with 100+ social entrepreneurs, leading the Indian Administrative Fellowship, and driving India's first Collective Impact initiative in Bengaluru.

​Sudha Srinivasan

​Cofounder 2nd Careers, Former CEO - The/Nudge Center for Social Innovation

​Co-founder, 2nd Careers. Works with startups, civil society organizations, and government agencies to advance health outcomes for underserved populations using emergent technology. Building a Digital Public Good for health services delivery. Leads the Gender Practice at Samyak/Collective Good Foundation, advancing women's health through community interventions in urban India. Engineer by training, MBA from IIM Lucknow. Two decades across nonprofit and technology sectors.
