Fireside Chat with Linda Hill
What does it really take to lead innovation—not just generate new ideas, but scale them in ways that create real and lasting impact?
In this Fireside Chat, Linda Hill joins us for a conversation about her latest book, Genius at Scale: How Great Leaders Drive Innovation, which explores what leaders must do to build organizations where innovation can thrive across teams, systems, and ecosystems.
In a time marked by rapid technological disruption, economic uncertainty, and shifting workplace norms, innovation can no longer depend on a single visionary or isolated team. It must be led with intention. In Genius at Scale, Linda introduces three critical roles leaders must play to move innovation from idea to execution:
Leader as Architect — shaping the culture and capabilities for co-creation
Leader as Bridger — building partnerships across teams and organizations
Leader as Catalyst — activating movements that help innovation grow and spread
Drawing from research and examples across a wide range of industries and institutions, this conversation will explore what it means to lead innovation in today’s world—and how leaders can create the conditions for collaboration, experimentation, and learning at scale.
