Join us for a gentle day of mindfulness on the peaceful grounds of Kyrie Farm - a space rooted in nature, community, and healing.
Your day will begin with tea and coffee on arrival, followed by guided mindfulness practices throughout the farm. You’re invited to bring your own lunch, with the afternoon spent in mindful horticulture - connecting with the land in a simple, grounding way.
