ITS BACK!!!! Practice in the Park🌳
Last Spring we trialed this and it was amazing:)
This fall, Jax from Igneus Self Defense will be teaching 3 community workshops. Each one will cover basic fundamentals but it’s really an open mat. Use the equipment, be safe, and have fun.
These classes are a great way to dip your toes in:) bring a friend!
