🌅 Silent Sunset Meditation & Tea Ceremony 🍵

​🌟 Be part of the next Sunset O’Clock community event

​Join us for a Sunset meditation session at Presidio cohosted by Sunset O’Clock and Bart Hofkin 🌅🧘‍♂️

​Take a pause in the middle of the week and join us for a quiet evening of tea, mindfulness, and sunset.

​We’ll begin by sharing tea together and taking time to meet one another in a relaxed setting (bring your favorite cup ☕). Once everyone arrives and settles in, we’ll transition into a guided silent meditation.

​This won’t be about doing meditation perfectly, just creating space to slow down, disconnect from the rush of the week, and be present.

​We’ll close the evening by watching the sunset together and staying around to socialize for anyone who feels like lingering a little longer and enjoying the golden hour.

​No meditation experience is required. Beginners and experienced meditators are all welcome. Come as you are.

​Bring:
• Your own cup for tea 🍵
• Something comfortable to sit on (blanket, yoga mat, cushion)
• Layers (it may get chilly around sunset)
• Water
• (Optional) Your favorite tea to share, some options will be available with and without caffeine

​About the host

​Bart Hofkin is a developer and amateur meditation practitioner who recently completed his first Vipassana course in the Yosemite foothills.
