– A restorative sound bath to support integration and deep rest

Krisanne's spiritual journey began in childhood, receiving her first Reiki attunement at the age of ten. She is a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher who completed her training in the jungles of Costa Rica and a Level III Reiki Practitioner.
Rooted in Hatha Yoga, her classes blend breath, movement, energy work, and the rhythms of nature and astrology to create grounding, transformative experiences. Through her teaching, she helps students cultivate greater presence, and a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.

Seiko is the founder of 369meteor, a wellness layer for Startup Societies and builders. She began her career in civil engineering – building the external infrastructure of society. Today, she works with the internal infrastructure that underlies all creation.
Through sound, Tao bodywork, crystal healing, and immersive retreat experiences rooted in Japan, she has supported over 1,200 entrepreneurs and visionaries in moving from fragmentation into coherence – where clarity, stability, and aligned action naturally emerge.
