Our signature 60-minute sculpt class, entirely synced to Drake. Expect a highly curated playlist, high energy, and a heavy sweat.

Level: Intermediate, but all levels are welcome. Modifications and breaks are provided throughout.

The Setup: We provide layout blankets to keep spacing cohesive, just bring your own mat.

After Class: Cool down with cold eucalyptus towels and hit the refreshment station (lemon water/iced tea) to hang out after.

Dress Code: Bonus points for wearing blue or pastel sets to match the aesthetic 📸

Meet on the main lawn at Robert F. Wagner Jr. Park (20 Battery Pl). We'll be set up facing the water with yoga mats laid out in a grid. lLook for the SYNC setup with blue blankets and the refreshment station. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to grab your spot.
