REX Session 6: Advanced Excel Modelling

​REX Session 6 builds on the modelling skills developed throughout the REX program and provides students with an opportunity to bring together the concepts covered in the previous sessions.

​The session will focus on applying Excel modelling techniques to real estate analysis and investment scenarios. Students will work through practical examples that require them to use multiple modelling concepts together, strengthening their ability to build, analyze, and interpret financial models.

​This session is intended for students who have completed the previous REX sessions and are looking to further develop their confidence and ability in real estate financial modelling.

​As the final session in the REX program, students will have the opportunity to apply the skills they have developed throughout the series in a practical, industry-focused setting.
