​Join us at Club Ocha for an intimate culinary journey through the Philippines, Korea, Hong Kong, Japan and Thailand told through the street food dishes, flavours and stories of Chef Eric Lee.

​A dining experience that moves beyond the plate.

​Across five courses, Chef Eric and his team will take us from one place to the next, preparing, finishing and sharing dishes live at the table. Expect Kinilaw from the Philippines, a playful take on Korean Japchae & Banchan, Hong Kong-style Shrimp Wonton Noodles, Wagyu Tempura Sushi from Japan, and a Roast Duck & Green Mango Curry inspired by Thailand.

​Each course comes with its own story and a considered drink pairing, set against a curated listening session that moves with us through the evening.
