About Event

Conscious Intimacy Games: Toronto

Conscious Intimacy Games has been running globally for years across Canada, the US, Mexico, Costa Rica, and beyond. Toronto now has its own monthly residency and this is your invitation to be part of it.

🌿 In a city this fast, interactions can stay on the surface.

The pace can leave us feeling isolated even when surrounded by people. We are creating a space where depth, warmth, and real connection are not only possible but practiced.

Many of us spend time navigating surface level interactions while craving something deeper. It is common to feel like we have to keep our guards up just to get through the day. We say “I’m fine” when we are not. We nod along when we actually disagree. We swallow our truth to keep the peace.

You will leave this room having practiced what it feels like to speak your truth without apology, to listen without fixing, and to respond in a way that actually lands. We will work with the foundations of real conversation: listening fully, reflecting back what you heard, and responding in a way that helps the other person feel genuinely understood. This is not theory. This is embodied, real time practice with real humans.

🤝 You will also experience something the body remembers long after the mind forgets: co-regulation.

The simple act of being present with another nervous system has a magical ability to calm your own. This is a skill you can take into every relationship in your life.

✨ The structure itself is part of the medicine.

Each game is gently timed, which keeps the mind from overthinking and drops you into a flow state of connection with surprisingly little chatter or discussion required.

Conscious Intimacy Games are designed to offer an alternative. Through structured exercises we move from verbal connection into non-verbal, touch-based presence. It is a practice of honesty, vulnerability, nervous system regulation, and authentic communication that you can actually take home with you.

🚫 There is no nudity, no kissing, and no genital touching. This is not a dating event or a singles mixer. It is a space to practice being human together.

You will walk away feeling more grounded, more relaxed, more articulate, and more capable of creating real connection in every area of your life.

👥 No partner needed.

Most people come alone and that is exactly how it is meant to be experienced. If you want to bring someone and deepen your connection with them throughout the night you are welcome to stay together for every game.

🕯️ The Flow of the Night

4:55 PM to 5:30 PM: Arrival and Connection
We begin with an opening game designed to move you quickly past small talk and into genuine presence with the people around you.

5:30 PM: Closed Container
To maintain the safety and focus of the group, doors close promptly at 5:30 PM. No entry is permitted after this time. No exceptions.

5:30 PM to 6:30 PM: The Talk Phase
Structured group games focused on honesty, expressing truth, setting boundaries, and practicing the language of authentic communication.

6:30 PM to 6:40 PM: Break and Transition
A short break to reset. We transition into Noble Silence for the remainder of the evening.

6:40 PM to 8:00 PM: The Touch Phase
Non-verbal, touch-based games designed for deep nervous system regulation and presence.

8:00 PM to 8:30 PM: Integration
We circle up to close, with minimal words to be mindful of your state. Then we open the space for gentle, grounded social time before you find your way home.

A. YES. Conscious Intimacy Games are specifically designed to support the nervous system in finding relaxation. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Q. What if I don’t want to play a certain game?
A. We encourage you to listen to your body and play at your own edge. You are always welcome to take a break or simply choose not to play a game.

Q. What if I don’t want to play with a certain person?
A. We prioritize your boundaries. You can simply say no, ask someone else to play, or sit out. No explanation needed.

Q. How do the touch games work?
A. You choose your boundary level, Mild, Medium, or Spicy, and you can change it at any time. All touch is consensual and non-sexual.

Q. Do I need to come with a partner?

Q. What if I am not good at this?
A. There is no performance here. The goal is not to be good at connecting. It is to be honest about how you are feeling in the moment.

Q. Will this actually help me communicate better in my real life?
A. Yes. The exercises are designed to build skills like active listening, reflecting back what you heard, and responding in a way that helps people feel truly understood. These are skills you can carry directly into your relationships, your workplace, and your daily life.

Q. Is what I share kept private?
A. Yes. Everything shared in the room stays in the room.

Q. Is this the same as counselling or therapy?
A. While these games are therapeutic, they are not counselling or therapy. If you have a significant mental health history, we ask that you be supported by a qualified professional. If you are currently in crisis, please wait to attend until you feel more resourced.

Q. Is this going to be a triggering event?
A. Some people feel triggered during these events for different reasons. We welcome all types of emotional experiences so long as it is safe for others in attendance. At any point you can take a break or ask for support from the facilitator.

Q. Do I need to sign anything?
A. Yes, two waivers. Pluto’s venue waiver is a checkbox when you register. The CIG Participant Agreement arrives by email after you register. It’s thorough by design, so you know exactly what to expect. Once you sign it, you’ll receive an email with a one-click link to join the CIG app, complimentary for life if you join before 2027.

Q. What if I can’t make it?
A. Tickets are non-refundable, but we’re happy to move you to another date. Just reach out.

Q. What should I wear and how should I prepare?
A. Wear something comfortable you can sit, breathe, and gently move in. Cozy, soft, and layered is perfect. Out of respect for the close proximity nature of this practice and the sensitivity of those around you, we kindly ask that you arrive freshly showered using unscented soap and shampoo and free of perfume, cologne, or heavily scented products. This small act of care makes a meaningful difference for everyone in the room.
