For the woman who’s done everything for everyone and is finally ready to come home to herself.

You’re the one who gets it done. You carry the calendar, remember the birthdays, manage the household, hold space for others, and still somehow show up with a smile.

But underneath? Your nervous system is paying the price.

This gathering is a call to come home–to yourself.

Through guided reflection, nervous system soothing, and honest, heart-centered conversation, we’ll explore what it means to step out of performance and into presence.

You don’t need to fall apart to reclaim yourself. You just need a space where you get to matter.

Because mothers deserve to exhale.

Step into a morning designed to restore your nervous system, reconnect you to your body, and reignite your inner joy through the healing power of breath, movement, and community.

Led by EuGene Gant, beloved breathwork facilitator, movement guide, and mantra artist–alongside Rev. Jemie Sae Koo, founder of Psychable, this immersive journey will help you unwind the nervous system, release tension, and rediscover the joy that lives within your body.

Through a soulful blend of conscious breathwork, joyful movement, rhythmic play, and uplifting mantra, you’ll be guided back into connection with yourself, your breath, and a supportive circle of women walking a similar path.

We believe that when mothers heal, families thrive and this gathering is an offering of renewal, calm, and radiant energy that extends far beyond the event itself.

What You'll Experience:

  • A dynamic Guided Breathwork + Joyful Movement Journey guided by EuGene Gant

  • Gentle Movement & Mantra — Reconnect with your body through rhythm and sound.

  • Nervous System Reset — Experience deep calm, clarity, and inner spaciousness.

  • Community of Mothers — Gather in sacred sisterhood and shared reflection.

  • Nourishing Lunch — Enjoy a healthy, conscious meal by SHAHS OF KABOB — a Persian eatery known for its quality anti-inflammatory, seed-oil-free ingredients.

Who It’s For:

  • Mothers of all ages new, seasoned, or somewhere in between

  • Women craving reconnection, nervous system regulation, or joy

  • Community-minded and wellness mamas ready to pause, breathe, and meaningfully connect with each other

Why It Matters

You can’t pour from an empty cup – but you can fill it with breath.

This experience is an invitation to pause, receive, and remember your own rhythm.

Whether you’re a new mom or seasoned matriarch, this is your time to connect – to your body, your breath, and your joy.

(Spaces are limited for an intimate, intentional experience.)
