Elevate Leadership Hike | Castro Valley Rotary
Walk. Reflect. Connect.
Step into what is possible.
Leave the meeting room behind for a morning outdoors. Walk, reflect, and connect with others who care about leadership, community, and the future. Return with fresh perspectives, stronger relationships, and greater confidence in what we can build together.
The Elevate Leadership Hike is a guided outdoor experience for people who lead, serve, and care about what comes next.
As we walk the Hayward Greenbelt, we'll explore different styles of leadership through our own lived experiences, sharing stories, questions, and perspectives in conversations along the trail.
Whether you're an experienced leader, just beginning your journey, or somewhere in between, you'll have opportunities to discover more about yourself, learn from others, and make meaningful connections across generations.
Students and alumni from Cal State East Bay and Chabot College are especially encouraged to participate.
What past participants have said
“The hike was a fun exploration in nature, in myself, and in my style of leadership!”
“Hearing from people with more experience gave me so much to reflect, learn, and grow from.”
“Something about being in nature just makes things shareable. You open up, and the environment builds trust.”
