​We are gathering together a group of 70+ startup founders who are looking to fundraise to help them connect to the Australia investor community.

​This half-day event will focus on the ins and outs of capital raising. From structuring your round and preparing your data room, to understanding equity and investor expectations.

​You’ll hear firsthand from founders who’ve raised in the current market, meet investors in curated small-group sessions, and wrap it all up with relaxed networking drinks.

​Whether you're raising your first round or preparing for your Seed/Series A, this is your chance to gain practical insights and build genuine connections with the best of the best of Victoria's investor community.

​Due to demand, one founder registration per startup only please.

​How to Attend

​To ensure the right balance of founders and investors, there is a two-step application process to validate expressions of interest and match an appropriate number of founders to investors attending. Please note we will not be able to accept all expressions of interest for this event.

​When will I know if my expression of interest to attend is approved?

​Once you have completed your expression of interest, you should receive a notification in late January. To keep this event purposeful and ensure strong founder–investor alignment on cheque size and sector, it is likely that not all expressions of interest will be accommodated.

​What happens to my registration information?

​If you give permission, your information will be shared with participating investors after the event so they can contact you.
