How to Say No
Saying no well is one of the most underrated skills in a full life because every no you don't mean is a yes to something that isn't yours.
This workshop is for you if you are sitting with a yes you keep regretting, a request you don't know how to decline, a calendar full of commitments that aren't really yours, or simply the guilt that shows up before you've even said no. Together, you will be guided to understand why no feels so threatening, practice the words that don't require over-explaining, and set boundaries that come from clarity rather than guilt or resentment, so you can protect what's actually yours.
Wear comfortable clothing. A notebook will be provided.
What you'll leave with:
A clearer understanding of why no feels so threatening
Language and practice for boundaries that don't require over-explaining
A felt sense of your own limits, and why they matter
Led by Lindsay Prajza, Psychotherapist.
