Each stage scored based on its demands.
Your rank in each stage builds the leaderboard.
No single strength dominates the day. The test isn’t one thing — it’s everything.
Stage 1: SPEED + POWER — Score = Total Points
• 15-Yard Sprint
• 5-10-5 Agility
• Vertical Jump (Open alt: Box Jump)
• Med Ball Shotput
• Bonus: Rope Climb (Open alt: Seated Sled Pull)
Stage 2: STRENGTH — Score = Total Weight
• 5RM Hex Deadlift
• 5RM Incline DB Press
• 5RM Rear-Foot-Elevated Split Squats (Open alt: standard)
• 5RM Pull-Ups (Open alt: assisted)
• Bonus: Monkey Bars (Open alt: dead hang)
Stage 3: STAMINA — Score = Total Distance
• 2x60s Sled Push/Pull (225lb/160lb)
• 2x60s Bear Crawl Plate Push (45lb/25lb)
• 2x60s Sandbag Hoist (75lb/50lb)
• 2x60s Assault Bike
• Pre-Req: Overhead Sandbag Marches (75lb/50lb)
