Kamayan Dinner + Sound Bath
Kain na! Let's eat!
In celebration of Filipino American History Month, we will gather in the garden to nourish, remember, and reconnect.
Over a shared kamayan feast, Myriah will open and guide conversation around the histories we inherit, the identities we carry, the traditions we preserve, and the stories that shape how we belong as Filipino Americans.
After enjoying our communal meal and the sunset, we’ll move into a healing sound bath led by Amanda, creating a space for integration.
What to expect:
A fully plant-based kamayan-style dinner (eaten by hand, shared from a central spread) catered by Filipino-owned Califuze
Guided conversation on heritage, identity, and belonging
A 60-minute sound bath at sunset
An evening designed for reflection, connection, and rest
What to bring:
Yourself, an open mind, and an openness to be present. Bring a friend to enjoy the experience!
A yoga mat, cushion, or blanket for the sound bath portion. Optional and highly recommended to bring pillows, blankets, eye covers to enhance your sound bath experience!
Be on the look out for text reminders from us a couple days before leading up to the event!
