CURA.VISION — Usui Reiki Level I (Shoden)
Reiki is a simple and precise practice.
A way of working with universal life energy.
In the first degree — Shoden — you receive the initial attunement and learn the foundations of the Usui Reiki system. From that moment on, you are able to give Reiki to yourself and to others.
Reiki can support relaxation, restore energetic balance and deepen your connection to your own body and intuition. For many people it becomes both a daily practice and a quiet path of self-care.
The training with Reiki Master Lukas Feireiss combines explanation, demonstration and practice. No prior experience is required.
During the course we will explore:
• Origins and principles of Usui Reiki
• The Reiki precepts
• The human energy system
• Self-treatment and treating others
• The full system of hand positions
• Gassho meditation
• Byosen scanning (sensing energetic imbalance)
• Reiji-ho (working with inner guidance)
• Kenyoku (energetic cleansing)
• The Reiki Level I attunement
The day is designed as a small and focused group to allow time for practice, questions and integration.
