Making Room for You Workshop
Knowing what needs your attention changes everything.
It changes the questions you ask, the support you seek, the boundaries you set and the decisions you make about your health and life after having a baby.
But postnatal recovery rarely fits neatly into a six-week check. It can affect your body, emotional wellbeing, identity, relationships, support, work and finances, leaving you aware that something needs attention but unsure where to begin.
In this live 90-minute workshop, I will guide you through the HHR framework:
Restore your health. Reconnect with yourself. Reshape your world.
Together, we will use the HHR Recovery Map to help you:
Recognise what may need professional attention or follow-up
Understand which parts of your recovery are affecting you most
Consider your physical health, emotional wellbeing, identity and support
Explore how relationships, routines, work and finances are influencing how you feel
Separate what needs attention now from what can wait
Choose your most important recovery priority
Create a realistic plan for your next move
This is about making room for yourself, understanding what you need now and moving forward feeling clearer and better supported.
