South African Sundowners | Braai, Wine & Sunset Vibes

​Join us for an evening that brings the warmth and hospitality of South Africa to the EDGE terrace.

​From 5:00 PM onwards, we'll fire up the braai, pour a selection of South African wines and settle in for an evening of great food, good music and even better conversations. Whether you're coming with colleagues, friends or family, everyone is welcome to enjoy a relaxed summer evening together.

​Food and drink packages are available to purchase in advance when you register, making it easy to arrive and enjoy the evening. Please settle your package payment at Reception before the event.

On the menu:
- Garlic bread
- Braaibroodjies
- Boerewors
- Sosaties
- Bobotie
- Salads (green salad and potato salad)
- Dessert

Optional: Once the catering has been served, the braai will remain hot and open for anyone who'd like to bring along and cook their own additional meat or favourites.

​Expect authentic braai flavours, South African wines, sunset terrace vibes and a soundtrack to keep the evening going long after the sun goes down.
