I want Lost&Found to feel like a home for people who want to build confidence and move forward together.
A safe space where you can practise, make mistakes, get honest feedback and learn without feeling judged. A place where everyone is in a similar position, so there’s no competition and no pressure to pretend you have everything figured out.
For me, Lost&Found is about helping bridge the gap between graduation and employment through real action. You come in, work on something practical, learn from the people around you, and leave with something you can actually take home and use.
