For this edition we'll be in Central Maryland chatting about outages, utilization, and BC/DR in your SaaS environment. Another title for this discussion could be “What do you do when Slack goes down?” When a major SaaS provider goes down (or, as of late, a major cloud infrastructure provider goes down and takes some of your SaaS vendors with it), what do you do? How do you prepare for these events? How do you recover operations once the provider is back?
