Join us for an intimate evening of meaningful conversation, thoughtful connection, and elevated dining overlooking the city in the heart of Utica.
This is not a networking event. There are no panels, no pitches, and no pressure to perform. This is a private dinner designed for honest conversations about ambition, leadership, visibility, growth, and the spaces we’re looking to step into professionally and personally.

Revealed to CNY Women's Network Collective members internally and upon event registration.
Cost: Guests will order off the menu and pay for their own meals and drinks. Separate checks will be provided at the end of the evening. A 20% gratuity will be added to your final bill. A private dining space has been reserved for our group.
With a limited number of seats available, we encourage you to RSVP early to secure your spot. Once full, a waitlist will be available.

What happens when women stop waiting to feel fully ready before stepping into bigger opportunities?
This month’s member dinner is centered around the conversations women are having as they grow professionally, expand their visibility, pursue leadership, build businesses, navigate ambition, and step into rooms they once thought were out of reach.
We’ll talk about the realities behind growth: confidence, self-doubt, visibility, burnout, leadership, asking for more, and learning how to take up space without apologizing for it.
We’re creating space for those conversations here — on a summer evening overlooking Utica, surrounded by women who understand what it means to build something meaningful.
