The 402 is a movement rooted in the belief that women deserve care that honors the whole person. Mind, body, and soul are deeply connected, and true wellness happens when care reflects that.

The 402 Collective

This liberatory learning series, facilitated by a therapist, is for women (25+) in Nebraska who seek to heal from challenging parental relationships.

This is COHORT registration for a seven workshop series, meeting every other Tuesday evening (5:30-7:00pm C) during August-September-October.

Registration is $300, or $100 monthly. After you enroll, we will send a welcome email with instructions to pay and a calendar invitation with the zoom link.
