As promised, I'd love to organise a monthly meet-up for us to meet in real life!
So let's do an energising barre x strength class in Retiro Park & hang out after with a coffee. With each movement set to the beat of a motivating playlist, you'll use just your bodyweight to start your weekend on a high. This is a great way to experience a Capable class in person and meet like-minded pals in the city.
