Tea Time with Mel is a monthly low-barrier conversation every first Friday following Melanie’s monthly newsletters to deepen the conversation and bring us off the page. Each month has a different theme, but the space is intentionally flexible to meet the moment.

In this session we will:
-begin with grounding with ourselves through a guided meditation
-ground with each other through sharing from prompts
-deepen our connection through journaling
-create community through shares
-learn a skill, technique, or ritual
-leave with actions for integration
Please find a quiet space, bring a journal, and an optional cup of afternoon tea.
Tea Time with Mel will be held by Melanie Paez as a community space for Chief Executive Angel as an offering for more connection and togetherness. For some months, she will be accompanied by a trusted co-leader to expand on the topic.
Chief Executive Angel is a transcendental coaching practice aimed to help change-makers discover their authentic selves and empower them to embody who they really are.
