​About the Event

​Trackside Together is hosting the first of many curated group Formula 1 trips this year, and we are kicking things off in Bahrain, a place we have grown up in, lived, worked in, and attended multiple Formula 1 races over the years.

​This experience is built on firsthand local knowledge and years of race weekend familiarity. For the first time, we are extending that insider-led Bahrain Grand Prix experience to a larger group of passionate Formula 1 fans.

​What This Experience Is Really About

​Planning a Grand Prix weekend can quickly turn into a logistical headache. Tickets, transport, where to sit, how to get in and out of the circuit, what to do between sessions, and for first-timers, the constant question of whether they are even doing it right.

​Trackside Together takes that stress away. We handle the planning, logistics, and the details that make a race weekend flow smoothly. Along the way, we share the tips, hacks, and context that help you get more out of every session at the circuit.

​To maintain a premium and well-organised experience, the group will be limited to approximately 18-20 guests.

​The experience will include:

​Provisional Itinerary

• ​Thursday: Arrivals, hotel check-in, group welcome & orientation, F1 pit lane walk (subject to availability), evening fan village

• ​Friday: Guided cultural landmarks visit, FP1 & FP2, hosted group dinner

• ​Saturday: Pre-qualifying insights briefing, FP3 & Qualifying, relaxed evening

• ​Sunday: Pre-race insights briefing, hosted group brunch, Bahrain Bay walk, Race Day, post-race celebrations

• ​Monday: Checkout, optional Manama Souq visit and/or free time in Bahrain

​Accommodation

​Accommodation for the experience will be at a premium 5-star hotel, one of Bahrain’s top-rated properties carefully chosen for its location, comfort, and suitability for a Grand Prix weekend.

​Trackside Together experiences are designed to be premium by default. This is not a budget-led offering, and accommodation is selected to match the overall quality and intent of the weekend.

Formula 1 statistician and content creator, who focuses on turning on-track action into insight, context, and stories that deepen the race weekend experience.

Commercial and partnerships specialist working in motorsport, who brings a behind-the-scenes understanding of how race weekends are built and operated.

​Hansel Crasto
Race engineer by craft and an experienced trackside host, who offers a technical and practical lens on what is happening on track and how to read a race weekend as it unfolds.

​Together, the hosts bring local knowledge, technical understanding, and years of race-going experience to create a weekend that feels informed, seamless, and social.

Phase 2 Price (per person):
₹1.33 lakh + taxes
₹1.54 lakh (inclusive of all taxes)

​Phase 2 pricing is available for a limited number of slots and will be offered on a first-confirmed basis.

Phase 3 Price (per person): TBC
