​Making friends in Vienna ain't the easiest. So we thought we'd kick-off a regular event series that makes that easier.

​In Austria, a Stammtisch literally means "regulars' table" – a table at a local pub or restaurant where the same group of people meets regularly for drinks, chats, and good company.

​We're giving this Austrian tradition an international twist. Welcome to STAMMTABLE.

​Think of it as a monthly get-together with people you just haven't met yet. And the more often you turn up to STAMMTABLE, the more you'll see the regulars and quite possibly make some friends.

​Stop by for 5 minutes or an hour - no pressure.

​No awkward networking, no forced icebreakers allowed. Just a small group of internationals, internationally-minded Austrians, newcomers, and people who've made Vienna their home, getting together over good conversations, a beer, a bite, or whatever you're in the mood for.

​Coming alone? Even better. That's kind of the point. Someone from the Vienna Würstelstand crew will always be there to welcome you, make introductions, and make sure you're not left awkwardly pretending to check your phone.

​We're keeping things small and intimate so you can actually get to know people rather than shout your life story across a crowded room.

​The Hard Facts

• ​When: Every third Wednesday of the month, from 7pm

• ​Where: ATLAS Bar

• ​Language: English is our common language.

• ​Tickets: A donation of your choice. But registration is required, as spots are limited.

• ​Food & drinks: The lovely people at ATLAS are saving us a big table, so come thirsty, come hungry, and treat yourself to a drink or a bite to eat. Everyone covers their own tab.

• ​Donations: Completely optional, but always appreciated. Every euro goes back into creating more meet-ups, events, and experiences for the Vienna Würstelstand community.

• ​Cancellation: Plans change, we get it. Just please cancel at least 48 hours in advance, so we can offer your spot to someone else.

​Whether you've been in Vienna for two weeks or ten years, there's a seat for you.
