Drawing from her experience as a recruiter, operator, and HR leader, Doris will share what hiring teams are really looking for, how to position yourself effectively, and how to approach career opportunities in crypto, AI, and beyond.
3. Coaching the Hidden Career Bottleneck: 'What You Show Up As vs. How You’re Seen'
