​Join Västra Hamnen Run Club for an energized 4k run! Trim Biba leads the way with his music-filled cargo bike along Malmö’s beautiful coastline.

​16.00 meet up & warm up at Gängtappen

​16.15 run along the coastline with Trim Biba playing his favourite tunes

​16.45 arrive at SPILL and get ready for a fun, after-run mission as Trim keeps us energized all the way.

​This edition takes place on international Restart a Heart Day! To create awareness of having heart-starters easily available and CPR-knowledge, our hosts LF Skåne Hyresfastigheter and LF Skåne have mapped out a route taking us through 12 heart starters in Västra Hamnen. After the run we arrive for a fun and inspirational after-run at SPILL.

​Don't want to run? No worries at all, we have a few spots for those of you who want to cheer on the runners along the track and then join the After-Run at Spill. You will be handed a cheering-spot by one of the 12 heart starters. Check the box "I want to cheer" as you register.
