About Event

PLEASE RSVP HERE SO WE KNOW WHO IS COMING!

If you've previously wanted to engage with AI policy and safety but don't know how to get started, this is a great chance! These seminars are a great chance to build context and engage with common AI safety discourse.

This week's topic is: Could AI give a small group of humans unprecedented power? Data, justice, and democratic accountability
What happens if advanced AI lets a single company, government or small group get way more power than anyone’s ever had? We will discuss the implications and more!

This session will be presented by Cath and Mari from the OAISI Policy team, and an external speaker TBD.

There will be plenty of boba, and it should be a social atmosphere with interesting discussion. For the first part we will have a speaker with a presentation, and then we will have discussions.

We look forward to seeing you there!
