About Event

Test your knowledge with questions about your favorite programming languages - TypeScript! This event is brought to you by Fiberplane and Weaviate, and powered by the Honc stack. No need to study—though you might encounter a question or two about these tools. Oh, and just maybe… one about geese 🪿.


This Is How Our Pub Quiz Works:

Think of it as a classic pub quiz, but tailored for TypeScript developers! Here’s what you can expect:

👥 Team Formation

  • Come solo or with friends—either way, we’ll help you find a team!

  • A good team size is 4–6 people.

📝 Question Rounds

  • There are 5 rounds in total:

    • Four rounds focusing on the TypeScript ecosystem

    • One random trivia round for some extra fun and surprises!

🏆 Prizes and Fun

  • Prizes for the top three teams.

  • Bonus prizes between rounds for the funniest answers—so get creative!

🍕 Snacks and Drinks

  • Snacks and drinks will be available throughout the night to keep you fueled and refreshed while you compete.

🎮 Network and Meet

  • We’ll kick off the evening with networking, giving you a chance to meet other developers before diving into the quiz. It’s a great way to connect and start the night off right!

  • 5:00 PM: Doors Open & Open Networking

  • 6:00 PM: Welcome Words

  • 6:15 PM: Let the TypeScript Trivia Begin!

  • 7:30 PM: Winner Announcements

  • 7:45 PM: More Networking & Hanging Out
