About Event

​We're hosting a small dinner in NYC on Tuesday Sep 29, bringing together about a dozen heads of customer trust and GRC for a night of good food and candid conversations.

​Jon Zayicek, who works on customer trust at Decagon, and Zack Berman, who runs customer security assurance at Medallia, will be joining us, and we'll compare notes on what teams have actually automated with agents and what's still manual, like contract reviews and the obligations that come after signing.

​Dinner's at Zero Otto Nove in Flatiron, 15 W 21st St, between 5th and 6th Ave. We have the upstairs room. Dinner's on us. Would love for you to join if you're around.

​Getting there: take the R or W to 23rd St, walk two blocks down 5th Ave and turn right onto W 21st, three minutes. From the F or M at 23rd St and 6th Ave it's five.
